Reading expect to welcome back Peter Ljung, who has missed the past two weeks action in Britain due to su🍒ffering first degree burns in a frightening crash in Poland a fortnight ago. His presence on track will be most welcome as the Racers have struggled to win races recently but his return should add some top-end fire-power to the side.

Skipper Phil Morris remains sidelined with injury, which will now keep him out for the remainder of the season. The Reading management have called up Swindon's Chris Neath to cover for the injured Welshman. Another Swindon rider Tommy Allen, will replace the 'retired' Shane Colvin at reserve.

Racers went down 51-39 in Cornwall last month, so will have to pull out all the stops if they hope to have any chance of pic꧃king up the aggregate bonus point.

Reading duo Jonas Davidsson and Peter Ljung both finis🔥hed joint 9th with six points apiece in Saturday's World Under-21 Championship Final in Kumla, Sweden.

The meetin🌳g was won by Jarek Hampel with 14 points, with Chris Harris of Great Britain second and Rafal Szombi♛erski of Poland third. Harris will be in action at Smallmead on Monday night, when he leads Trelawny against the Racers.
