Team driver Tony Evangelou knows the importance of extra horsepower, particularly at Bathurst. In 2002 he finished seventh in an old Holden Commodore VS and he sees no reason why a similar result can't be achieved in the non-champions♒hip race this season.
"We'll have a bit more torque, which will help our cause," he ꧟said. "It will certainly make our Bathurst package better. And I love the track. I haven't had enough laps around there yet to fell confident but after the fꦚirst practice session, we'll be on it. I'm really looking forward to it."

"The engine will be as good, if not better than what it was at the start of the year," he said.🅺 "We are going to Bathurst with every confidence. The car will be quick, Tony will have good gear under his b♚um and he's proven he can do it at that track before."
