Holland announced las♏t 🍌week that he would be stepping down to the World Supersport Championship in place of the injured Tommy Hill as he bids to rebuild his reputation after what has been a difficult start to his maiden WSBK season.
With the Daniele Carli-led outfit blaming Holland's disappointing results on his la⭕ck of experience, Morelli returns to action after being eased out of his ride with the Alto Evolution Honda team two rounds ago, ironically, on the grounds of his relatively little experience.
Nonetheless, the 20-year-old Italian re💝turns to action for the upcoming rounds at Misano to compete alongside Karl Muggeridge.
"I am happy of this opportunity to increase my experience in Superbike," he said. "I am pleased that they🍷 have come to me for th𝓡is ride.
"They are an enthusiastic team and I hope to repay the people who made this possibl✤e. I don't feel pressure, I just want to continue to gain experience race after race."
