Assen World Superbike race one delayed by snow

The opening World Superbike race at Assen has been delayed due to snow and cold♓ conditions.

The Dutch circuit has been hit with very chilly wea🧔ther all race weeke♓nd with light snow arriving at Assen midway through World Supersport qualifying.

While World Superport 30𓃲0 qualifying was completed in the difficult conditions, organisers delayed the start of World Superbike rac🌼e one due to weather conditions.

With snow and rain continuing to threaten in the chilly conditions, race organisers optedᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ to wait for the weather and temperatures to improve.

After the start was dela💫yed for 1❀5 minutes, an initial starting grid was attempted but heavy snow and rain returned which forced everyone back into the garages.
