The Aruba.it Racing Ducati squad has unveiled its 2020 World Superbike livery with help from new rider Scott Reꦜdding alongside Chaz Davies.

With Ducati targeting its first World Superbike titles since 2011, the Italian manufacturer will unleash the ༒V4 R Panigale for its second season in the championship with a tweaꦉked rider line-up which sees British Superbike champion Redding partnering the retained Davies.

The Italian factory squad ha🌳s reve🍰aled a largely unchanged livery for the 2020 V4 R as it retains its familiar red and black colour scheme.

Ducati stormed the compet🔥ition on its World Superbike debut with the V4 R, as Alvaro Bautista won the opening 10 consecutive races, but the Spaniard was unable to sustain his early charge which saw Kawasaki and Jonathan Rea fight back and storm to a clean sweep of world titles.

Ex-MotoGP star Redding fills in f🐓or the Honda-bound Bautista for 2020 at the factory Ducati squad, having impressed by winning the BSB title as a rookie, and is hoping to become the first World Superbike rookie to take the crown since Ben Spies with Yamaha in 2009.

Davies has been retained on the other side of the factory Ducati garage for the seventh consecutive ꦡseason as the Welsh rider looks to build on an injury-plagued first season on the V4 R. Davies ended the year sixth in the rides’ standings having notched up one win and nine addi𝓀tional rostrums across the 2019 campaign.

Ducati has upgraded the V4 R over t🐬he winter and completed a full🍨 pre-season testing programme before heading to Australia for the final test (February 24-25) and the opening round (February 28-March 1) at Phillip Island.

"In the last months we have continued to work on the development of the Panigale V4 R as we are convinced that, despite the great competitiveness shown by our bike last year, the 2020 championship will be even more competitive thanks to the presence of new models from our main competitors," Gigi Da🍸ll'Igna, Ducati Corse general manager, said. "We have only one target, and that is to bring home the World S༺uperbike title that we have been missing since 2011.

"We have two strong and very motivated riders: Chaz, who has been with us for seven years and is one of the pillars of the team, and Scott, a fresh BSB champion and already very fast during the winter tests. We believe to have all the necessary in⛦gredients to be protagonists in every race of the championship starting from Phillip Island."
