Razgatlioglu led a Yamaha 1-2 from team-mate Andrea Locatelli ꦐafter the first few laps, before Scott Redding put his Ducati into P2.&n🧸bsp;
The g🌸ap from🍎 Razgatlioglu to Redding was just over two tenths, while Rea could only manage ninth for most of the session.
With under five minutes to go, Rea began to move up the order by going se𝓡venth and then fifth quickest. &nb✃sp;
Redding looked set to challenge Razgatlioglu’s top time before encountering issues with his Panigale V4 R - had to be pushed into p♛it lane by a marshal.
Michael Rinaldi made♒ huge steps forward from FP1 to FP2 as he finished third fastest.
Garrett Gerloff ♊suffered a turn four crash after a strong sta🥃rt to FP2 - was fourth at the time of his fall.
Free Practice One
Six-time WorldSBK champion Jonathan Rea topped the inaugural free💛 practice session at Navarra.
Andrea🌺 Locatelli was the early pace setter for Pata Yamaha before team-mate Toprak Razgatlioglu took over top spot.
The Turkish ri🌱der’s stint at the top lasted only a few minutes though, as Scott Redding went three tenths quicker. With most of the field having returned to pit lane, Redding continued on and went even faster on used tyres.
Locatelli close🅘d to within half a tenth of the Ducati rider with just under ten minutes to go, while Chaz Davies enjoyed one of his stron✅gest starts to a weekend by going sixth fastest.
Champions🌳hip contenders Rea and Razgatlioglu then went 1-2, before Redding split the pair.
Razgatlioglu regained second spot on his penultimate lap, while fell💟ow Yamaha rider Garrett Gerloff moved up🐽 to fourth.
Leon Haslam suffered a༒ late crash - the only rider to go down during FP1.
After missing round six of the championship atಌ Autodrom Most, Lucas Mahias made a return to action, as did Leandro Mercardo who tested positive for Covওid-19 before the Czech round.
