Honda has revealed the fiꦗrst official image of the TC1-spec Civic it will field during the new World Touring Car Championship season.

ꦰThe image of the car d♏uring its recent test session at the Motorland Aragon circuit in Spain was revealed during an event in Tokyo last week where Honda revealed further details on its motorsport programme for the year ahead.

Gabriele Tarquini and Tiago Monteiro will once again drive the JAS 🐎Motorsport-run factory cars this season.

Norbert Michelisz and Mehdi Bennani will also represent Honda with t🍰he privateer Zen🐈go Motorsport and Proteam Racing teams.

"We achieved four vi🔥ctories and captured the Manufacturers' title in 2103 that was our first year of full-paꩵrticipation in WTCC," Takanobu Ito, President & CEO of Honda Motor Co. Ltd. "In the upcoming season we will strive to win the double title for Drivers' and Manufacturers' fielding a total of four cars run by three teams."
