Damon Hill says Ferrari are 'running on one leg' amid F1 2023 struggles

Ferrari “are running with one leg” amid their troubled start to the 2023 F1 season, according to Damon Hill.

Having been Red Bull’s closest challengers last year, Ferrari 𓆉have slipped back🔥wards in the F1 pecking order and currently sit fourth in the constructors’ championship.

Following an underwhelming start to the campaꦺign, Ferrari brought a major upgrade package to the Spanish Grand Prix, though there was little improvement in terms of performance.
