Formula E expands Fanboost for 2018-19 season after FIA approval

As approved by the World Motor Sport Council in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, five drivers w𝓡ill now receive Fanboost in races. The vote will close after the race has begun, and will be available during the second half of t♓he race.

The FIA also confirmed d🐲etails on t🎶he new 'Attack Mode' specific to each circuit - namely how long it can be used for - must only be given to drivers at least one hour before the start of the race.

Final💮ly, the WMSC also approved the use of biometric gloves in Formula E following their successful introduction to Formula 1 in 2018.

The 20꧟18ℱ-19 Formula E season begins with the Ad Diriyah E-Prix on December 15.
