Honda have struggled to be competitive in WorldSBK for several seasons, dating back to when 168澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果历史:Alvaro Bautista and 168澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果历史:Leon Haslamᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ took over as ♊riders of the full factory Team HRC line-up.

Honda, who are now heading into the new seas🥂on for the third consecutive year with Iker Lecuona and Xavi Vi🍨erge, have developed a brand new CBR1000RR-R Fireblade.

But results in testing, along with comments made by Lecuona after Portimao, have sugge🍎sted the 2024 season could be another very tough one.

But Escamez, who replaces form💃er rider Leon Camier as team manager, is hopin🍬g his experience can be vital to Honda’s resurgence.

Formerly part of the MotoGP paddock, Escamez told WorldSBK.com: “I will strive to keep the team united and worki🔜ng together towards the same goal.

“I hav🐠e he൩ld various positions within a team throughout my career, both on the mechanical side and in coordination roles.

“This has given me the opportunity to understand people and their feelings, so I want to ensure that eve🉐ryone is able to give their 🥃best for the team.”

With regard to the Japanese manufacturer’s goals in 2024, challenging for tꦉop five finishes is their aim.

WorldSBK has arguably never been stronger, and with BMW looking strong particul🌠arly in the hands of Toprak Razgatlioglu, Ducati, Yamaha and Kawasaki all showing more potential in testing, achieving those types of results could be very challenging.

“The main challꦓenge is to become competitive with the new bike as soon as possible”, added Escamez. “There are many updates across all areas of the machine, so we need to bring it all together and find a base setup that allows our riders to fully exploit the bike's potential.

“The next challenge will be to consistently compete for top-five posit🍃ions and s🃏ecure some podium finishes.

“We are aware that this is a significant challenge, considering the high level of competition in the championship, but we are working tirelessly t🤪o achieve that goal.”
