2004 R6 Cuℱp winner Richard Wren is out of the Thruxton round of the British Superbike championship after falling from his Virgin Yamaha during the practice day.
Wren, who managed to set the 31st fastest time, unfortu⛄nately fell in the second session of practice at the 2♐.356mile circuit.
As he went down the young rider hit his head, knockꦉing himself out for a few minutes. Therefore, due to safety, Wren will sit out the second round of the championship.
The injury is not thought to be serious and he is expected to be back in action at Mallory Park in two w𓄧eeks time.
