The calendar for the 2009 Bennetts British Superbike Championship has been announced with a handful of revisions, including a mid-summer race at Brands Hatch that will occupy the slot vacated by the World Superbike Championsh🌳ip.

With the 2009 BSB grid continuing to fill up, next year's calendar will have a similar appearance to this season's schedule, with 24 races held over 12 roundꦕs and at ten circuits.

The most notable change 🀅is the season finale, which will be helꩲd at Oulton Park rather than end in its traditional Brands Hatch slot.

The reason for this is Brands Hatch, which will also host the season opener once again, will make a second appearance on calendar in August🧜 as a replacement for the World Superbikes, which recently confirmed wouldn't be returning 🐻to the Kent venue.

As previously stated by MotorSport Vision's Jonathan Palmer, it is anticipated that the weekend will act a focal point for the season, with 'major on and off-track content and entertainmen𒆙t' planned. Full details of this event, which will be run on the Grand Prix layout, will be an🐈nounced in due course.

The season will begin on Friday 10th April 2009 at Brands Hatch (Indy), where 𒁃teams will be given an eꦯxtra day of testing to prepare for the Bank Holiday races on the Monday.

From there, the calendar will take in Oulton Park, Donington Park, Thruxton, Snetterton, Knockhill, M𒀰allory Park, Brands Hatch GP, Cadwell Park, Croft, Silverstone and again at Oulton Park.
