Ducati has today unveiled this 2016 MotoGP race livery for Andrea Iannone and A✅ndrea Dovizioso.

The launch was held at the team's factory in Borgo Panigale, Italy, where Iannone and Dovizioso were joined on stage by Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali, Ducati Corse gene൲ral manager Gigi Dall'Igna, sporting director Paolo Ciabatti and team manager Davide Tardozzi.

One of the most obvious visual changes for 2016 is that Ducati's u𒐪nique 'winglets' are now pa🤡inted white.

The '2016 Desmosedici GP' - already seen in testing - is the second complete mac🐽hine designed under the leadership of Dall'Igna, whose factory riders took eight podiums last 🧸season but missed out on the goal of a first race win since Casey Stoner in 2010.

I꧋annone finished fifth in the world championship, despite twice dislocating his shoulder, with Dovizioso dropping to seventh after a stunning start to the season.

The pair have posted modest results in the two official pre-season tests to date at Sepang and Phillip Island, where the 2016 Desmosedici was in carbon black. However Ducati appears to have made a seamless transition to the new unified ECU software and is tipped as one of th♐e favourites during the opening round in Qatar on March 20.

The unified ECU is one of two big technical changes this season, alongside a swi꧙tꦆch from Bridgestone to Michelin tyres.

Dovizioso lost out on victory by j𒉰ust 0.174s to Valentino Rossi a🎉t Qatar last season.
