van der Garde gets another Friday run at Monza

Sauber test and reserve𓃲 driver Giedo van der Garde w🌟ill make his seventh appearance of the season in Friday practice at Monza.

The Dutchman, who was also out last time in FP1 in Belgium, will drive Adrian Sutil's car this time, before the💜 German takes it back for FP2 and the rest of the Italian Grandဣ Prix weekend.

"It is great to be back again in the coꦇckpit on Friday morning. Particulary in Monza, there is always a special atmosphere, and the Italian people are really passionate about motorsport," said the 29-year-old, who is heavily tipped to get a race seat with Sauber in 2014.

"I like thi🎃s high spe꧅ed track, and with the new engines and the special aero package we will be very quick on the straights. It is important to have a high straight-line speed, and to be fast through the chicanes.

"We need to find a compromise with the downforce level resulting in a high straight-liꦛne speed, but also finding the right set-up for a stable car. During the first free practice session we will test different configurations i𝐆n order to find the best possible package.

"My favour🍸ite corner is Ascari, which is very technical and for me a perfect combination. I believe the spectators w🌸ill see a lot of oversteering cars there.

"The track has quite high kerbs🅠, while when you brake hard the rear i♌s moving and the car is sliding around. It is good fun, and I look forward to driving there."
