The 27-year-old Englishman instead returned to WSBK as a replacement for injured riders at BMW (Sylvain Barrier) and MV Agusta (Claudio Corti) - but was also put on standby to replace H🃏ayden at Catalunya in June, where the American ultimately made his comeback from the initial wrist surgery.
However having recently un꧂dergone a second operation, Hayden will not have time to recover for the upcoming Indianapolis and Brno rounds - August 10th and 17th respectively - where Camier will take his place on the Open class Honda.
