Ondrej Jezek took victory in Sunday's Superstock 1000 round after a technical problem denied Lorenzo Sav🐻adori of a home♔ win.
Savadori, beaten to pole by countryman Fabio Massei but fastest throughout free 🍰practice, dejectedly raised his hand and pulled into the pits due to a gear linkage problem on his Pedercini Kawasaki while🧜 leading after 8 of 14 laps.
That left Ondrej Jezek wi♐th a slim advantage over the fellow Ducati of Massei. The Czech rider just kept his Barni machine out of reach to claim his first ever SSTK win, while Massei celebrated a debut podium.
Jezek's team-mate Leandro Mercado complete𒅌d the podium and in doing ﷽so increased his title lead from three points over Savadori to seven points over Jezek.
Lanusse (Kawa💛saki), Day (Honda) and Nemeth (Kawasaki) completed the top six, while Briton Kyle Sm🧔ith crossed the line in 16th after a fall.
