German MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa to miss Sachsenring qualifying

UPDATE 2: Dani Pedrosa is now back at the circuit, but will not ride in qualifying.
Pedrosa's left arm is being supported by a sling and his condi🌄tion will be 'reviewed' for the race.
Official MotoGP website: "I♛t has been confirmed Pedrosa suffered a small collarboℱne fracture and will try to race if he feels fit enough."

MotoGP title leade♋r Dani Pedrosa will miss Saturday's qualifying session for tꦇhe German Grand Prix.
The Repsol𒁏 Honda star was flown to 🐼hospital for further checks after a huge morning highside at the Sachsenring.
The results of those tests are not yet known, but the official MotoGP website has confirmed: "Dani Pedrosa awaits results of latest medical checks at Chemꦯnitz hospital and will miss thi🥂s afternoon's qualifying session."
Medical Centre X-rays had reduced initial fears of a broken colla𒐪rbone and attention seemedꦅ to switch to a possible concussion.
If he is fit, Pedrosa would be able to start from twelfth on the grid despite missing qualifying, du꧅e to his free practicღe time granting him an automatic place in Q2.
Pedrosa suffered his accident just one day after nearest title rival Jorge Lorenzo withdrew after re-damaging his newly broken collarbone. Pedrosa leads the standings by nine point from reigning champion Lorenzo, with Pedr🌱osa's team-mate Marc Marquez 23 points from the top.
Lorenzo underwent collarbone surgery, for the second time in two weeks, in Barcelona this morni𒁏𝓡ng.
