Zemke to take ex-Lowes ride

American Jake Zemke is to ride for the WFR Honda team from t💟he forthcoming Knockhill round of th🃏e British Superbike Championship.
T༺he form🐬er AMA SBK star will take the seat vacated by Alex Lowes, alongside Glen Richards and Graeme Gowland, in the EVO-class squad.
"I'm delighted to be coming to the UK at last and starting the next chapter of my career," said Zemke. "I have alway♌s been an admirer of BS🔥B and have wanted to race here for quite some time so I would like to thank Team WFR who have made that dream a reality.
"I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to their exciting EVO project at Knockhill🔴 and racing against some of the best riders in the world at the remaining round♌s of the season."
"Jake will fly in at the weekend and we have arranged a day of testing for him later that week so that he can meet the rest of the team and get some time on the bike before heading straight to Knockhill,🌠" added team manager Myles Schofield.
Zemke, who qualified on pole (and fini🍌shed third) in this year's Daytona 200, last racedꦜ outside of America as a stand-in for Stiggy Honda in the 2009 Monza WSBK round. He has never previously raced in the UK.
