Suzuki has announced that John Reynolds will take to the track aboard a GSV-R MotoGP machine at Brands H𝓰atch for a series of d🍒emonstration laps as part of the manufacturer's anniversary celebrations.
The Japanese firm has arranged a number of events to mark its 50 years in motorsport and 25 years of the GSX-R, ꧙with the Brands Hatch🌟 round of the British Superbike Championship set to be the celebratory pinnacle.
Having already confirmed MotoGP rider Alvaro Bautista will ride the Brands Hatch Grand Prix layout on his GSV-R, Suzuki has now revealed that former BSB Suzuki champion Reynolds will be joining 🅠him.
"The GSX-R range is naturally very special to me," said Reynolds, who now acts as Suzuki GB's race director. "I clinched my last championship on one, but it's also the bike I have the fondest memories of. I'm absolutely delighted to be given the honour of riding the GSV-R800 at Brands Hatch for the celebrations and can't wait to put the old lea♔thers back on and lap in front of the crowds again."
BSB alumni Leon Haslam and Sylvain Guintol🌳i will also complete laps of the circuit aboard their World Superbike Alstare-prepared GSX-R1000s.
