Neil Hodgson will return to the British Superbike Championship next sܫeason, ten years after he won the title.
Having signed for ♒the Motorpoint Yamaha team, Hodgson is bidding to regain the domestic crown he won in a dramatic final round back in 2000, a success that prompted his move into the World Superbike series - which he also won with Ducati in 2003.
That world championship propelled💞 Hodgson into MotoGP, but a season on uncompetitive satellite Ducati machinery for d'Antin saw the Englishman head to America in 2005 to rebuild his career in the AMA Superbike series.

Riding for Ducati and then Honda, Hodgson has been a regular frontrunner - but unable to replicate his previous levels of Superbike success. With Honda withdrawing factory support for AMA Superbike, Hodgson is coming back to Britain with Yamaha.

The 2010 MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship in association 𓂃with Pirelli be🦩gins at Brands Hatch over the Easter weekend of April 3-5.
