After two seasons in retirement✅, Gibernau returns to Jerez with the newly formed Grupo Francisco Hernando Ducati team, with which he finished 13th at Qatar be♔fore crashing out of last Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix.
"I'm excited about going back to Jerez - I've been looking forward to it ever since I decided to return to racing an🍰d we go there with optimism, energy and more experience," said the Spaniard.
"Overall the last two races have formed a positive part of my comeback because we're getting more and more laps un🐽der our belts. The whole team is working really well and I'm sure we will be in a position to reap the fruit of it all very soon."
