Americans will hav♓e further reason to watch their home round of ꧟the World Superbike Championship at Miller Motorsports Park after it was announced that Jason Pridmore will be making his debut for Alto Evolution Honda this weekend.
Alto Evolution have enjoyed a torrid time so far this year with riders Luca Morelli and Shuhei Aoyama 💯failing to get on the scoresheet once in the first ten races of the season.
As such, they have called upon experienced American rider Pridmore to replace Morelli, who was described by the team as being too young to undertake his role in helping Aoyama make his transition from 🔜the 250 class.
Although it has been a while since Pridmore last competed in Superbikes, he will at least have the advantage of knowing his way around the Salt Lake City circuit that is otherwise new to the series this year. Indeed, he is delighted to be ꦺmaking his WSBK debut after a couple of years spent largel♊y on the sidelines.
"Being in World Superbike is ൩like a dream come true" he said,ꦍ "I am feeling re-motivated and excited to be here."
With previous Superbike experience coming from competing the 2006 AMA Superbike Championship, Pridmore is also an AMA Formula Extreme Champion and w𒆙as the FIM World Endurance Champion in 2003 too.
