The reigning World Supersport champion had finished Friday qualifying at Monza an impressive eighth fastest for Hannspree Ten Kate Honda, but will play no further part in the wee🥀kend.
"It is with great sadness that the Hannspree Ten Kate Honda Team must announce that Kenan So⛄fuoglu's brother, Sinan, has been involved in a fatal accident while racing in his native Turkey," read a team statement.
"Kenan has withdrawn from the Monza event and🍨 has returned to Turkey to be with his family at this difficult 𝓰time.
