Christian Jones Motorsport recently r🔥eturned a famous Asian name to the cockpit of a racing car, running J🎃ohn Marcelo in one of its Formula Three cars.

The Philippino driver is the younger brother of the l🔜ate Jovy Marcelo, who perished in a practice accident at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1992, having recently graduated to the CART series as Formula Atlantiꦅc champion.

"It was fantastic to see a Marcelo back behind the whee🐠l of a race car," team owner Christian Jones admitted, "I'm honoured to give John his first test in a Formula Three car. His brother was a true cha🍸mpion"

Jones, the son of F1 world champion Alan Jones and current holder of the Asian F3 title, added that h♕e hoped to be able to run Marcelo in this year's series.

"John did a good job today considering his experience anꦐd, after seeing how much he enjoyed the experience - and the smile on his father's face - I will try to make that possible," he said.
