2003 World Rally champion, Petter Solberg has given F1 super star, Michael Schuma🐟cher the thrill of his life, after the German asked the Norwegian for a ride in his Subaru Impreza WRC.

Speaking to British newspaper, The Times, 'Hollywood', who has become friends with the Ferrari driver ♊during his winter holiday in Norway, said that Schumi got out the car 'jumping up and down 🦄like crazy'.

The British🌌 broadsheet reports that the 'secret' ride took place during winter testing on the Norway-Sweden border, and that the drive on sheet ice impressed the six times F1 world champion.

"Michael came up for 🍬about three hours," Solberg told the newspaper, "He loved it. He wanted to know all about the set-up and my technique. Trouble is, I never think about my technique. I just do it.

"Then we went out in the car. I did not hold back. My feet were going like drumsticks on the pedals. It was quite a run - 26km,൲ no pace notes and some big jumps, all at maximum attack.

"He looked as if he enjoyed it. He got out of the car and was jumping up♔ and down like crazy."

So will Schumi now return the favour and give the Norwegian a ride in a two-seater F1 car? Or would Solberg like a go in an F1 car himself, and following in the footsteps of Colin🤪 McRae and Tommi Makinen, who have also done one-off 'tests'?

"I would love to have a go in an F1 car. Why not?" added 'Hollywood', 💧"but I have toꦺ say I have no clue how to drive a single-seater.

"I 𓂃was offered a chance to race for Renault in 1996 but my rallying took off then. To be honest, I like rallying better. Forꩲmula One is not really my thing."

Could BAR🐽 offer him such a chance? If your reading David Rich𒊎ards - BAR boss, and founder of Prodrive, the company that runs the Subaru World Rally Team, it wouldn't be a bad bit of PR...
