Toyota and EMC have today๊ announced the renewal of their multi-year partnership contract, which con♏solidates EMC's position as a technical partner of Toyota's Formula 1 team, Panasonic Toyota Racing.

As the team heads to the championship-deciding season finale at the Suzuka Circuit this weekend for its home Grand Prix, president of Toyota Motorsport GmbH, John Howett said of the announcement: "We are very pleased to extend the already fruitful partnership with EMC. Since they 🐻first joined our Formula 1 effort back in 2001, EMC has provided us with an invaluable information technology infrastructure at our team baseℱ in Cologne.

"Their support has been instrumental in the continuous development of our F1 car and on-track activities and we are looking forward to developinꦇg our close working relationship even further."

Takashi Nakayama, president and representative director of EMC Japan commented: "EMC is very happy to be able to continue its cooperation with the Panasonic Toyota Racin𝓀g team as a technical partner.
