British speedway captain Chris Louis has been forced to pull out of Saturday's penultimate grand prix of the season as the result of lingering inꦍjury worries.

The Ipswich rider is still suffering the after-effects of the crash in Poland which eliminated h🐓im from the World Cup and kept him sidelined for several weeks mid-season. Although largely recovered from the accident, and back riding on both the d𒀰omestic and international scenes, Louis feels that his injured shoulder is not yet up to the level of fitness required for the Polish Grand Prix.

Although he rode in the last round of the series in t♑he Czech Republic, but made an early exit claiming tജhat he was not physically up to the task of racing with the world's best.

Louis will be replaced in Poland by Czech vetera🐠n Toni Kasper.

Joining the Briton on the sidelines will be Sweden's Jimmy Nils🍸en, who will be deputised by th⛄e ever-improving Greg Walasek, who makes his fourth GP appearance in front of his home crowd.
