Pirelli has confirmed it will𝕴 turn its ultra-soft tyres pink as part of Formula 1's themed United States Grand Prix weekend for Breast Ca🎶ncer Awareness month.

F1 recently announced a partnership with breast cancer charity Susan G.ജ Komen for the Austin race weekend that will see the sport rally to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer care.

A number of scheꩲmes have been planned for the weekend, including a pink-coloured pit lane, and Pirelli has followed suit by⛄ changing the colour of the rings on its ultra-soft tyres for the race weekend.

Usually coloured purple, Pirelli's softest tyre compound will run in pink for the entirety of the weekend at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, and will heavily feature in 🎃both qualifying and the race.

"For America, we’re once again taking a softer range of compounds that we have done for previous races there, with the ultrasoft available in Austin for the first time: but in pink  as a one-off, to highlig🃏ht the brilliant work of the Susan G. Komen foundation," Pirelli F1 chief Mario Isola said.

"This should bring lap times down, continuing the trend we have seen over the course of the season. Austin though is one of the hardest tracks to predict, also due to variable weather, and we’ve seen quite a variety of pit strategies there in the past. These could involve all three compo🍰unds this time, with the soft being a good potential optiಌon for the race as well."
