At just 18, Daniel Ticktum’s racing history already stands ou♑t as a classic story in the making. After serving a two-year ban from racing (one year suspended) for overtaking 10 cars under a safety car and crashing into rival Ricky Collard at Silverstone in 2015, Ticktum has produced a remarkable comeback despite being written off.

After picking up Red Bull backing as part of its junior programme in 2017, Ticktum converted solid showings in the Eurocup Formula Renault🔜 2.0 and Formula Renault 2.0 NEC championships into vܫictory at the iconic Macau Grand Prix.

That was followed up b🌊y winning the prestigious McLaren BRDC Award at the end of the y💫ear and he will now take on a full FIA European Formula 3 campaign with Motopark in a competitive field which includes fellow Brits Enaam Ahmed (2017 British F3 champion) and Ben Hingeley.

An impressive showing in Euro F3 in 2018 could really send the London-born teenager♎ up the pecking order to continue his remarkable career path.
