Randy Kr𝄹ummenacher won a four-rider scrap including a sprint to the chequered flag to claim victory in a frantic World Superspo💯rt race at Aragon.
After Federico Caricasulo and Thomas🀅 Gradinger attempted an early breakaway, only to fail to sustain the pace, both Krummenacher and De Rosa closed in&nb🎀sp;over the final five laps to set up a four-way fight.
Krummenacher initially bolted into the lead at the start of the penultima꧙te lap into Turn 1 dividi꧟ng ahead of De Rosa.
But the Swiss rider ran wide at the final corner approaching the start of t🔥he final lap to drop back to third place behind De R꧂osa and Caricasulo. Krummenacher quickly dispatched his Bardahl Evan Bros Yamaha team-mate, diving up the inside of Turn 1 for second place, before hunting down the MV Agusta rider.
Using the slipstream from the l🉐eading Italian rider, Krummenacher pow💟ered up the inside into the final two corners to defend his line and cross the finish line to win by just 0.094 from De Rosa.
Caricasulo grabbed the final rostrum spot just ahead of pole-sitter G𒆙radinger on the Kallio Racing Yamaha.
Former championship leader Jules Cluzel struggled to match the front-running pace in fifth place for GMT94 Yamaha but ended the race comf🐽ortably🥀 ahead of team-mate Corentin Perolari.
Lucas Mahias led the Kawasaki charge down in seventh place just ahead of Puccetti team-mate Hikari Okubo with Kyle Smith impressing on h♌is Pedercini Kawasaki debut in ninth place.
Isaac Vinales rounded out the top 10 on the Kallio Yamaha ahead of Peter Sebestyen who recovered from a back of the grid start after suffering a technical issue on the ꧅sighting🍸 lap with his CIA Landlords Insurance Honda.
The Hungarian’s teammate Jules Danilo grabbed 12th place after a la🐎p one issue, with Federico Fuligni (MV Agusta), Loris Cresson (Kallio Yamaha) and Maria Herrera (MS Racing Yamaha) rounding out the points places.
Hector Barbera missed the Aragon race following a de🌄cision from his Team Toth Yamaha squad, while reports of the Spanish rider splitting with the team cam𒆙e out of the paddock on Sunday morning.
