He says he is looking ꦑforward to taking on his new r꧃ole.

"I am very excited about the challenges of the new position," he said. "It presents a different variety and scope of responsibilities as compared to my job at the State Fair Park. I think this is a great fit, especially considering my years of experience understanding the promoter's perspective and the requirements for producing a quality eve꧋nt.

"My top priority will be to establish and build long term relationships with our promoter partners while providing world class racing events for the Champ Car organisatio💙n.

"We need to prioritise our short-term and long-term target markets, reach out to our local contacts to find out what each needs from us to be successful and then make well informed choices of venues that complement our vision. Once we accomplish that, I suspect we will have🍰 built a solid schedule and a series that everyone can be proud of."
