Queen's Birthday Honour for Casey Stoner
Former double MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner has been appointed a '𝔉Me♛mber of the Order of Australia (AM)' in the Queen's Birthday honours.
The Australian, who retired from💟 MotoGP at the end of last season, received the honour "For significant💮 service to motorcycle racing".
Stoner was a full time grand prix rider from 2002-2012, claiming 38 of his 45 victories in the premier MotoGP cꩵlass, where he won🧔 world titles for Ducati (2007) and Honda (2011).
The 27-year-old has now turnedꦫ his attent🉐ion to V8 touring car racing.
