The 2021 MotoGP season is just around the corner after five days of official♓ MotoGP testing comes to a sandy conclusion in Doha. 

It was also the first experience on MotoGP bikes for rookies Lu𝔍ca Marini and Enea Bastianini. 

The latter&n🎉bsp;was quickest out of all the rooki🃏es on most occasions and will look to continue that trend throughout the year.

With both riders being in the same team and thus having the exact same bike꧑s, it will&nbs꧂p;give a good indication of who has the edge as the season progresses.

Speaking at the conclusion of the test, Marini said: "Unfortunately, the weather today did not allow us to go out on trac♎k, but we have worked a lot in the box.

"We had all the data from yesterday’s track simulation to analyze, especially the tyres and the drop off. We were also abꦺ𝐆le to make a comparison with the other Ducati.

"The g꧒oal for the race weekend is to be able to find a better feeling on the frﷺont and enter into the corner more directly and turn better."

Like his team-mate, Bastianini summed up how the test went and also the learning process he's gon𒈔e through.

"Today there was a lot of wind, it was impossible to go out on track so we couldn’t move for❀ward. Moto GP is another world; I have a lot of fun and it’s very special to me," said the 23 year-old.

"These days I have been able to try the bike, the first few days I was stiff, but then I relaxed, and I h🐈ave been able to enjoy and learn from the rest of tꦰhe riders.

"On this track we have ꦺlearned a lot and I hope to get to make a go🐠od race. The Ducati has given me good feelings from the beginning."
