"Officials discovered a🌼 glitch in the timing system after reviewing all the times for the stage," re♔ad a statement to the press.
"However, Loeb was unaware the penalty had been rescinded as he completed the rally's fina🎉l stage [SS19], battling for the win with Jari-Matti Latvala."
