Monteiro delighted by SR-Sport deal

Tiago Monteiro admits he is delighted with the announcꦐement that he will return to the World Touring Car Championship for a fourth 🍌season in 2010.
The former F1 driver had seen his chances of linin♒g ꧟up on the grid hit by SEAT's decision to quit the series, but has now been named as one of four drivers for the SR-Sport team - which will run as an off-shoot of SUNRED Engineering.
Monteiro will 🎀be joined by defending champio🍰n Gabriele Tarquini, Jordi Gene and Tom Coronel for the season ahead.
"I ꦗam really happy to be able to compete in the WTCC again and to be a part of the SEAT family," Monteiro said. "Apart from F1, the WTCC is the championship with the greatest level of competition. It is also a great pleasure to be integrated in such a unique paddock, I have learnt a lot over the past few years 🧔and it is essential that my career continues in the WTCC.
"I will give my all to secure the best re𝔉sults and to improve as a driver, and as a team, at each round of the season. This is the only mentality I will be working with at each race."
