Audi's Jamie Greღen reduced Pascal Wehrlein's winning margin to 19-points after taking his fourth victory of the year at the Hockenheim DTM finale but the Brit vows to come back 'even stronge𓂃r' in 2016.

The Team Rosberg driver began the season as the man to beat thanks to💙 a brace of wins at the Hockenheim season opener aᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚnd Lausitzring giving Green a clear lead at the top of leaderboard.

However, Green's grip on the points lead, ironically, began to loosen at the Norisring, a circuit🃏 which has tended to be a fortress of his over the years.

A further catalogue of ill-fortune during the bulk of the year left the 33-year old on the fringe🌸s of t𒈔he top-five but 43-points scored in the final two races revitalised Green's charge to end the season in P2.

Green couldn't help but notice his technical di𓆏fficulties always seemed to creep in whilst in a promising 💜position. A cruel retirement when leading the race at the Red Bull Ring typified his year.

"It's almost funny in a way if it w💃eren't so hard. The technical difficulties on my car only came when I was in contention at the front of the field," said Green🅷.

"My transmission didn't fail while I was slipping around somewhereꦍ at the rear of the field in the rain but when I was leading on a dry track.

"When I started from position 17 in the second race at Hockenheim in May, my parking ಌbrake worked - but it didn't when I was in position three of the grid at the N?rburgring."

Regardless🔯 of his mid-season woes, 2015 was still Green's best year in the championship and the former Mercedes driver admits he has an eye on going one better next season.

"It wasn't just a single factor. Audi, the car, Team Rosberg - all these elements made for a near-perfect package this year. Singling out a particular item wouldn't do justice to the 🌞situation. So, it wasn't some kind of magic, but good people and hard work," Green cont🔴inued.

"Obviously, I'm going to get a bit of rest but then I'll set up my training schedule and start r꧟iding my bicycle in the mountains. Next year, I𝓡'd like to come back even stronger."
