Super Aguri denies 'green light' yet.

Super Aguri F1 has admitted that, des♍pite reports to the contrary appearing elsewhere, the team has yet to be granted its late entry to next season's Formula One world championship.

Reports are claiming that the team, to be headed up by former F1 racer Aguri Suzuki and based at the former Arrows factory at Leafield in the UK, has been given its entry, but a team spokesperson has revealed to ltxcn.top that no confirmation🐎 has yet been forthcoming from the FIA.

The hold-up appears to be opposition from a team, or teams, currently competing in the world championship, and is likely to stem from the fact that only the top ten scoring teams are eligible for financial reward at the end of the season. Even though Super Aguri will be ineligibꩵle for hand-outs of that sort for 2006, the Honda-powered squad is expected to be more competitive than some others, who would miss out if they finished in the eleventh spot.

"Unfortunately, we haven't got the 'green light' for our late entry yet, and are waiting for the confirmation," th💫e spokesperson said, "We are very close to it, but we have a little more work to do to complete our late entry procedures."

Despite the delay in confirmation, work also continues apace at Leafield, where the team is understood to be readying updated versions of the 2002 Arrows cha༒ssis previously owned by Paul Stoddart and Minardi. Super Aguri is expected to field the reworked, but most likely uncompetitive, machines for the three flyaway races that open the campaign, befဣore introducing its own bespoke chassis for Imola and beyond.
