Further to the press release dated October 7, having given the competitor, whose anti-doping sample proved positive, time to respond to both 🦂a request to have the "B" sample analysed or to respond to the charge of being under the influence of a banned substance, namely marijuana (cannabis), the Speedway Control Bureau have received a response.

The competitor does no♏t require the "B" sample to be tested and admits the offence. The SC🍃B will at their meeting, Tuesday December 9, determine the penalties to be imposed. In the meantime the competitor, James Horton, a Peterborough Conference League member, has been suspended with immediate effect pending the SCB hearing.
